This brilliant laureate of the International Music Contest Queen Elisabeth of Belgium has a remarkable career as a soloist and a concert performer in Belgium, as well as in other countries.
After having won several international contests, Véronique Bogaerts has given many concerts not only in Europe, but also in the far East and in South America.
Her busy life included teaching at the Brussels Royal Music Conservatory.
At every performance, the press pays tribute to her rich and beautiful tone, her elegant virtuosity and her authentic sensitivity in the tradition of the renowned Belgian violin school: the artist received her entire training from the famous violin teacher Master Carlo Van Neste.
An accomplished player of chamber music, she plays both in violin piano duos and in trios, string quintets or piano quintets (Ensemble César Franck).
Her very extensive repertoire also allows her to interpret numerous concertos from all periods with well renowned conductors. Véronique Bogaerts has recorded several C.D.s.
She has been a member of numerous international juries and contests, including the jury of the International Music Contest Queen Elisabeth.
Véronique Bogaerts organized for more than 20 years the concerts “L’Orangerie” in Belgium, where she included regularly young talents.
She collaborates also two years ago, with the Fund “L’Instrument du Musicien”, which help young violonists and cellists to acquire their own instrument at the end of their studies.
